florida college plan help?

i have florida prepaid college plan.
my plan covers 2 yrs community college and 2 yrs university.
i am getting the 75% scholorship (possibly 100%) from bright futures.
if i go straight to a university would i lose all that money???
would i end up paying a lot more???
this is probably going to be my deciding factor. because i can get straight in to a university just fine. i have a good gpa. and good act score. but i dont know.

Has anyone applied to either Univ of South Florida or Hillsborough Community College Nursing program? How long does it take to hear back from the schools?
